Private onsen tub inside the room is par excellent with the view.
Lady Staff are rude while ordering another meals very unpolite, not accomodating when we arrived after a long trip, property is not accessable to public transpo, private transpo must be needed.
Food is okay, but not worth the stay and price.

Most unfriendly staff we’ve encountered, felt like talking to robots, food was mediocre, hotel outside of room was freezing, bed and pillows were hard. We had two Onsens in the room and that helped as it was only one night. Room was clean and we choose the higher end.

The hotel has a nice view, but the service staff didn't smile at all and looked a little impatient. The hot water in the bathroom was not hot at all. The pillows in the room were so hard that it was difficult to sleep on. After leaving the car, the glass was frozen. I told the counter that I might need water. The counter said no, so I didn't. Got it.
Also, the roasting pan for dinner was so dark that it felt like it had never been washed, so I didn’t dare to use it.
Honestly there are better choices

Beautiful spot out of the way from the hustle and bustle.
Because of some issues with trains we got to the hotel about 10 minutes before check out finished and dinner started. They took the time to make sure we had everything and made sure we got to dinner on time!
Our room had the inside and outside onsen baths. The view was fantasic and the outside bath could fit both of us, which was a nice bonus.
Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious and was a fantastic experience. Would visit again :)
