It's a bit far from the station. You need to arrange a pick-up with the hotel in advance. The room is big and clean, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. There are outdoor and indoor hot springs. There is a mountainous area nearby. There is a park. It's a pity that there are no flowers to see. It should be beautiful during the red leaf season.

After staying for three days and two nights, I felt that the hotel was over the top. Based on their charges and location, the hotel should improve in all aspects. Examples are as follows: 1) There is only one front desk staff at check-in time, but many guests come to check in at about the same time, so guests are required to wait in line, and there are not enough seats, so all those waiting can only wait as if they are going to a government depar**ent to do business. Same as window. 2) The front desk is too dark and the music is too loud. The front desk staff have to repeat their words to the guests multiple times, making the waiting time longer. 3) While we were still checking in at the front desk, our luggage was suddenly taken away by the staff without saying anything, and we didn’t have a room number yet, so we were a bit at a loss... (Maybe due to language reasons, their front desk and service staff also can not speak English) 4) The check-in procedure was still in progress and I was suddenly "invited" to the other side of the building for a welcome drink. However, my passport was still in the hands of the staff, and there was no explanation... 5) There is no elevator in the whole hotel. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs, and the distance between each level of the stairs is very high. It will be a big problem for the elderly. 6) The slippers in the room (indoor slippers and toilet slippers) are made of cloth or woven material. They have been used by thousands of people and are obviously not disinfected, which is a bit scary. The bed sheets are also stained with color, and the wash basin in the room is very wet. Slow, a bit stuffy (fortunately, no smell) 7) There is no conditioner in the room, and the quality of the shampoo is also very poor. I have been traveling to Japan for many years, and this is the first time I have to buy shampoo and conditioner to use back at the hotel. The quality of the food is pretty good, but the staff is clearly lacking. The same staff has to serve several tables at the same time. Watching them walking around, even in the room with more than 20 degrees, I can see them sweating and working hard for them.
