"Pros: Very close to Takeo Onsen Station, practically door-to-door. There's a hot spring on the 8th floor, though it's on the smaller side. The breakfast has a good variety, but it can get very crowded. You can borrow bicycles, which saves you from walking. Cons: I mistakenly booked a smoking room, and it smelled heavily of smoke – something to be aware of if you're sensitive to that. The soundproofing is poor; the noise from housekeeping outside my door was very loud, and I couldn't get any sleep, especially since I had a fever."

"I stayed at the OND HOTEL in Takeo Onsen. ♨️ The hotel is very quiet, making it the perfect place for those looking to unwind and unwind. 🌳 The breakfast was carefully prepared and delicious, and it was so refreshing that it warmed my heart. 🍚 The large public bath and sauna were also very clean, allowing me to fully recover from my travel fatigue. The relaxation room was so comfortable, I could relax and read a book or manga, and I lost track of time. (It was reserved for private use the day I stayed! lol) The room service hamburger was also delicious and meaty, and I was able to enjoy it in my room. 🍔 Water, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are free in the refrigerator. 🆓 The shuttle bus was flexible and accommodating to accommodate guests' needs, and the kindness of the staff was impressive. One thing to note: children under elementary school age are not allowed in the large public bath, and no amenities or meals are provided for children. However, the staff were all very kind and considerate to children. I would definitely like to visit again if I want to relax and not have to think about anything."

"Because I was going to Nagasaki by JR Doublestar 4047, I chose to stay in this hotel not far from the JR train station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the JR to the hotel. The room is not small and feels newly renovated, so it is very clean. The staff is also very enthusiastic and the service is good. I will recommend it to my friends."

"The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from Takeo Station! The roads are flat and easy to walk on. There's a bakery on the first floor of the city hall, which has delicious food, and a fruit shop at the intersection—fresh and inexpensive! Located directly in front of the building entrance, my corner room had a perfect view of the building's nightscape! Absolutely beautiful! The staff were always incredibly warm and welcoming, meticulously maintaining traditional Japanese etiquette for every guest! Although they couldn't communicate in English very well, they always managed to communicate with each other through gestures—fantastic! The hotel has two hot spring baths with a comfortable temperature and ample amenities! Soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing! Two meals are included with each stay, and the dishes are plentiful and delicious! Perfect for travelers looking for a more in-depth experience! A leisurely trip to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Takeo City!"

"This place is about a 5 to 10-minute walk from Takeo Onsen Station. As other reviews mentioned, it's quite old. The air conditioning, in particular, could use some attention. Although it's a ryokan, it seems to operate with a small staff. Breakfast is simple; it's a bit disappointing that there's no meat, but it genuinely offers a light morning meal. Unfortunately, the hot spring water is a circulated, heated, and disinfected type. Nevertheless, how should I put it... it feels like a place that put a lot of effort into it despite a small budget. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities on the first floor are interesting."

"The hot spring temperature was just right, making it easy to get in, and it was great to be able to relax in the in-room bath! The room was also incredibly clean and stylish, and most importantly, spacious! It was also very practical and simply standard! The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were both visually stunning and delicious♪ Since my only option for a relaxing trip was to enjoy a hot spring, I was very satisfied. It seemed like there weren't many guests staying that day, but that made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, just as a family, and the staff were all very kind and pleasant. For those who want to really relax without a packed schedule, I recommend the hotel, as you can enjoy the spa and gym to the fullest! However, I did think it was a bit lacking that there were only two chairs and two hair dryers in the bathroom..."

"Value for money. Basic ryokan with onsen. No convenience stores or shops nearby - need to drive out of you need anything to eat. Amenities in the ryokan not as luxurious as others that I have been to before. We booked the breakfast and dinner option too - there is lot of food but quality of the food is ok only. Nothing to scream about but you will be very full. 😂"

The most commendable thing about the hotel is the food cuisine. It is recommended by Michelin. Every meal is amazing and praiseworthy. Every time I go to Japan, I will stay at the hot spring hotel.
