1. Waiting to check in took more than half an hour even though we arrived at 3:00 p.m.
2. Reserved 2 rooms but at check-in received 1 room. As for the second room, it was almost 7 p.m. Called to inquire with the official, but no one answered the phone. The hotel swimming pool is very good. We booked a pool access room. The children wanted to jump into the pool as soon as they got up in the morning and soaked from morning to night.
The service staff was very friendly and organized many activities such as water Thai dance, Muay Thai, yoga, etc., but I did not participate. Breakfast was until 11 o'clock, and lying down after eating was the most comfortable.
