The staff, reception and restaurant, seemed to lack initiative. Passive trea**ent and no approach from the hotel to help resolve special events. Eg car that won't start, food in the hotel room, difficulty going up stairs, etc. The dialogue was entirely driven by the guest. Feels like a slightly tired Reso holiday hotel from the past. Inexplicable with the conditions you have the hotel. Even the SPA reception felt more like a gossip room for teenage girls.

The pool and spa is one of the best in Sweden!

We had a lovely stay.
A few minuses, unfortunately, regarding the breakfast
The glasses for juice etc were really stale because they were worn out old .Should be replaced.
The selection was poor when we arrived at 8.50, the toppings were very dry and had probably been sitting for a long time.
The scrambled eggs were unfresh green-brown, bacon, meatballs and sausage cold.
Worst breakfast we have had at Dalecarlia and we are there 1-3 times a year

Clean but quite risky. Uncomfortable sofa bed for the kids to sleep in. The staff was not particularly service oriented. Overall - quite ok, but certainly not worth the money.

There was nothing wrong with the living environment. There were no available parking spaces at the entrance, which meant that 30 minutes of the spa time was spent looking for a place. The service from the staff was not the best, they felt stressed and were inattentive to the fact that you wanted help. Short, quick explanations that you managed to forget immediately. There were no good options for gluten and milk intolerant people at dinner. However, the breakfast was somewhat better. The spa trea**ent was world class, however. Unfortunately, the price you pay does not correspond to the quality of this spa and hotel facility.

Sometimes you just need to get away and to relax all by your self. This has been a perfect stay with good food, good service and an excellent time in the Spa. Love being able to sit in the hot tub outside with snow all around. Will suggested a good wine to suit my dinner, many thanks.
