"Disappointing hotel and Dalhalla package. We had booked a Dalhalla package, i.e. room, dinner, bus transfer to Dalhalla, evening meal and breakfast. Dinner was served at 3 p.m. and bus to Dalhalla left at 5 p.m. despite the concert only starting at 7 p.m. We had to wait for nearly 1.5 hours at Dalhalla before the concert started. Dinner OK, wine OK but very pricy. The evening meal was a hot dog with ketchup and mustard - self service. Nothing to drink included. Took a beer each for SEK 95 each!!! Very overpriced!! The beds were comfortable and the bed linen was soft and there were several pillows. No airconditioning. The main Swedish TV channel, SvT 1 could not be seen in our room 302. Some of the hooks in the shower room (very basic one) were broken. The fabric under the armchair was hanging down. Surprising for a pricy hotel!!!"
