The staff, reception and restaurant, seemed to lack initiative. Passive trea**ent and no approach from the hotel to help resolve special events. Eg car that won't start, food in the hotel room, difficulty going up stairs, etc. The dialogue was entirely driven by the guest. Feels like a slightly tired Reso holiday hotel from the past.
