The owners were very helpful. Easy to communicate with.

No front desk check in. Had to wait outside for an hour to get into the unit, because we didn't have the door lock code. No one answered our calls to their posted phone number.

Hot tub was broken and none of the pictures matched the location- this is a scam!!!

The unit was clean. The pet area was very small. Had to take our dog for long walks but the neighborhood was sketchy. Three days in a row large police presence. There was a death on property when we arrived. The high fees were not worth the area.

The unit was spacious, well decorated and immaculate. The only downfall was the wifi was intermittent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This place was not as advertised at all. First off my original booking canceled us the day before our trip so ********** called us and “upgraded” our stay to this place quoting it was .6 miles from the convention center and a walkable distance. We arrived and it was 3.6 miles from the convention center which was definitely not an easy walk. The place is a former apar**ent complex in a very sketchy residential area, bars on the windows of all the houses (definitely not safely walkable). Walking inside the place smelled of stale **** and incense. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but upon touching the doorknobs to the rooms which were all sticky we quickly changed our opinions. The bathroom smelled like mildew and there was no toilet paper, the refrigerator in the kitchen had old eggs and containers of juice plus 2 open red bulls and had clearly not been cleaned out. When I tried to reach out to ********** to tell them we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying here they told us there was nothing they could do since we already checked in. We are now fighting for a refund which is dependent on the “hotel” owner who did not even respond when we voiced our concern. We left the hotel immediately and booked another place for the weekend last minute. I was so disappointed both in this place that ********** had upgraded me to, and ********** for how they handled the situation.
