Front desk workers were friendly and fun at check in and each time in/out. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but there was no charge. Location is great for Busch Gardens and the shuttle saves the hassle of parking.

I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and continue to do so because they are always clean. This one wasn't. The sheets on the pull-out sofa bed were dirty with crumbs and other debris. The towel hook in the bathroom was falling off the wall and there was rust all around the sliding closet door near the bathroom. I paid over $250 per night for this room, and I had to request fresh sheets for the pull-out bed. On the flipside, the staff at the front desk were great.

Stay was great. Very close to Busch Gardens. Trina checked us in and she was so pleasant! Only negative was one of our rooms was right next to the elevator and we heard the noise of the elevator all day/night long!

Stayed here pre and post procedure at USFHealth. Close and convenient, abour 10 to 15 minute drive. Unfortinately the courtesy shuttle goes only to Moffit and Busch Gardens, but Uber was fine.
Staff at the desk were very helpful. Pleasant, welcoming , knowledgable and kind. Couldnt ask for better.
Breakfast was good, lots of options. The dining area became a nice space for patrons to play card, work, chat, paint. Coffe and tea available 24/7. Many guests were there on vaxation for Busch Gardens so it was a generally happy, pleasant vibe.
Its a Hampton inn. Its not a fancy hotel. It is a very good Hampton Inn. I would stay again and recommenf it.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights, the staff could not have been better. We had a few extra things we needed and they were more than willing to accommodate. They helped us with food recommendations. The room was a very large space sleeping all 6 of us, it was tucked back in a quiet spot which we were very grateful for. The hotel was 110% packed with many different things going on and kids were everywhere but from where I was staying you would have never known it.
