The property requires a door code to get into the room that they are supposed to send to you as soon as you are able to check in. They sent me the room location but forgot to put the code in the email so I tried calling 3 times to no success just to get a text asking what I needed. I responded and they spent 20 minutes looking up my code and they sent me the wrong code. So the door locked out on me and I had to request to get a new code and wait another 10 minutes for a response. I finally get in after 3 different codes were given and the room looked nothing like the photos in the link, there were hairs all over the room, the towels were wet, there were yellow stains around the toilet, brown spots under the toilet seat, the floors were filthy, and to top it all off a half drank gallon of milk in the fridge. I got back ahold of the property and expressed my desire for a refund and they said that I had to go through *******. So I went through ******* to get a refund and the property ignored all there calls so they were unable to refund my stay but I wasn’t staying in that room. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tampa, DONT STAY HERE.
