The hallways on each floor smelled very horrible, the elevator was dirty.

During my recent stay at Extended Stay America on S Falkenburg in Tampa, FL, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of customer service provided by Courtney. His remarkable social skills were evident from the moment I checked in, as he greeted me warmly and efficiently handled my reservation with meticulous care. Courtney's professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated my experience at the hotel. Not only did he ensure a seamless check-in process, but he also went above and beyond to address any inquiries I had, demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. His ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of guests reflects his dedication to excellence in hospitality. Courtney's exceptional service undoubtedly left a lasting impression and significantly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of my stay. Room is outdated, the air/heat unit did not work properly. The bed was very uncomfortable, it did not have a comforter, the tub water would not properly drain, it took a while to drain and the hall and room had a very musty smell

To start off they were not handicap accommodating. When checking in I asked if there were any handicap rooms available, without even looking the lady said no. Then I asked since I'm clearly disabled and on oxygen if she could at least get me something close to the elevator or exit (first floor) she said no again without even looking. Moving on. I go up to my room unpack and then go to the grocery store and buy groceries for my trip so we could cook and not have to eat out. Once we get back there's no dishes in the room but there's a sign that says call downstairs and some would be delivered. We call. The lady says you will have to come downstairs and get whatever we have left. My fiance goes downstairs the lady hands him a bucket with two plates and a strainer that were all not cleaned very well. (No pots, silverware, bowls or cups) She said we would have to wait til the next day when someone came to wash the rest of the dishes. Long story short we were there three days and never got any dishes it was always the same story that someone had to come wash dishes and never did. The room had mold and roaches. There was blood splatter on the curtains. The one lady that worked at night time was very sweet but other than that it was a horrible experience and I will NEVER go there again!

Smelly, notches out of walls, uncomfortable bed. Horrible breakfast.

Staff were great, let me stay in room extra 45 mins for my business call. Room is basic, good enough for sleep and short stays, restaurants nearby, gas station, clean safe area but not much to do without car

The tenants put their garbage in the hallway, the hallway rugs were very stained and smelled dirty. Although they were vacuumed they were all stained. They need to stop tenants from putting trash in the hallway instead of taking it to the dumpster right away. The rooms need to be sprayed for bugs as the trash feeds them and they go in other rooms.
