Terrific room. Spacious and clean. Noisy neighbors but that isn't the hotels fault.

The hotel was lovely. We stayed for one night to attend a family function. The check in was smooth and front desk representative was very nice and efficient. The breakfast has something for everyone. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. My only request would be to get better pillows.

The bed and sofa bed were not as comfortable as you would expect from a Hilton property. We have stayed at other Home 2 Suites and we did not have that issue.

Perfect layout for our needs with two dogs. The kitchen and big fridge are really nice to have. It’s clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is decent. That having been said, the king bed springs were extremely noisy when moving around during the night, the pillows were pretty bad, literally flat, a nightlight in the bathroom was sorely missed as it’s pitch black in there, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and last, the water pressure in the shower had me in there twice as long as I needed to be.

The Hilton is a great location for Moffit Hospital. The hotel needs an upgrade on mattress, but was adequate. The bathroom door is odd to the room in that you cannot have the door open and use the bathroom and the shower at the same time the way it swings., a sliding barn door would work nicely here . There are no ports to plug in phones etc. without use of adapter. The handicapped parking is not in front of the automatic door so have to go to side entrance. The associates all were very nice and helpful and breakfast was typical, would have like fresh fruit option though. There are lots of food options but area is not where I want to be other than that, would be very cautious at night, lots of begging on the street.
