Dion is very pleasant and a friendly guy. It was an awesome experience at the check in. But we had some problems with the shower. It took about an hour to fix it. We just went to bed after 11:00 pm. We never expected something like that in a Hilton hotel. Too bad.

The stay was great! The staff was great. Loved the valets Carlos and Angelo, they were very helpful with directions and immediately introduced themselves. Hotel was very nice and the food was good. Definitely will be coming back to Tampa and staying at the Hilton!

It was a beautiful, clean stay, very polite staff, definitely would recommend to others. Carlos and Tim were fantastic outside aswell. Carlos introduced himself and soon as I saw him and left a great impact and even helped with good recommendations for restaurants around the area.

Carlos and Tim are the best employees they should get raises. They helped me when I was very confused on where to go and led me in the right direction. They were the nicest hotel employees I’ve ever met and took care of me. They deserve more than whatever they are making now. Tim and Carlos are the reason I am coming back!

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. A few items that turn a 5 star rating into a 3 include: room fridge was warm and coils covered in ice so it was unusable. The bedroom safe battery was dead and it needed to be serviced to work. Otherwise, we liked the hotel, the bar area and the room overall.

The room was very nice and clean! Loved staying here. The beds were super comfortable as well. My whole family enjoyed our stay. Valet was always quick and kind Michael super helpful and well mannered. Never had to wait long for my truck. Would stay again.

This was an excellent hotel, and an outstanding part of Tampa, Florida. A room was comfortable as well as the bed. The young man that helped me with my bags his name Jackson and he was very professional and polite. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future
