If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had booked two different rooms at this hotel on a Saturday night that were on different floors. My friends and I had went out for the evening and returned to the hotel. While 2 of the guests went to the other room to sleep on the second floor. My other room that was booked was on the third floor which is where the rest of my friends and I were. It was late in the night and we did have some music playing. This caused us to get ONE noise complaint which was verbally given to us very aggressively by Raymond, the night manager. We had then turned the speaker completely off and the rest of the guests who were going to stay in the room on the second floor were packing their bags to go to sleep in that room. Not even five minutes later as my guests were walking out the door he barged back into the room yelling at us to leave the establishment. He then also proceeded and said he was going to call the cops along with kicking out the two guest who were sleeping in the other room, which that room did NOT get a noise complaint. Raymond proceeded to also argue with me very loudly in the hallway, which I’m sure was more disruptive than the music that was turned off. The two guests who were quietly sleeping in the room on the second floor were then kicked out by Raymond for no reason. When asking for a refund from the director of the hotel, everything seemed very shady. No refund was provided for the room that only had 2 guest in it that were sound asleep. My advice is to stay at ANY other hotel. Besides the view is of the street and parking lots, plenty of other hotels very close by that have much better views. Never staying at another Marriott again, but if you want to be aggressively removed from the property by a man who is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met, then this is your place.
