I booked this trip through *******, for two rooms. We get to the hotel, the front desk woman says “ you have one room!” I showed her our ******* reservation clearly says 2 rooms. I need to get the manager, he comes out looks at the computer and States” it’s *******s fault!!! Need to call them. He says I have 1 more room. It’s $75 more. I had to take it . Called ******* ( very nice customer service person). They say, No. the holiday In over booked. They will straighten it out, with in 2 hours holiday Inn corporate called said check credit card. Money has been returned.
