The ceilings were very low. The property was VERY dark inside. Access to the pool was VERY awkward (if not, a little scary). There was a bar at the pool but it was not open. No where to get food or drinks.

The pit is really a pit, more than 1,800 yuan, and the experience of staying in the country is 400 yuan. The swimming pool is decorated, and the official photos are unbelievable. They are all deceptive. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the photos are fake, and the decoration is old. When I booked, I chose a room and said it was available. High-level executive lounge, but I didn't know what a high-level executive lounge was when I arrived at the hotel. I was so disappointed that the 4-star hotel didn't even have a pull-up bar!

The beds and pillows are amazing! Great hotel for our Business meeting and the location is amazing. Close to restaurants, downtown and bars. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great visit

Bed was so cozy and comfortable. It was a relaxing home away from home. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room temperature was comfortable. It was a quiet room, and we were not disappointed. I would recommend the Westin Tampa Waterside to any of friends,

The overall experience was great! We were there at a business meeting; the staff took good care of our needs and requests. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive. There was a child's cheer competition going on the last night of our stay, so it got pretty loud and rowdy and became unwelcoming very quickly. The comforter was AMAZING, I imagine that is what it is like to sleep on the clouds. I would return, but also check local events to make sure there is nothing happening in the area for the younger crowd.

Amazing hotel! Second time staying and we will be back. Super soft bad and blankets. Convenient bar and restaurants. Nice walk to downtown area. All around wonderful experience in every single way. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!!

Everything about our stay was excellent! Kim who checked us in set the bar and the service and our stay was great. We will definitely be back. The view from our room, the bed, the pool, everything was great. Location can’t be beat as you are close to everything! Don’t second guess, book now!

This hotel never disappoints from the cleanliness of the rooms, staff & location. My husband & I came to stay for a boating event & had an excellent time. Nadia was the associate who checked us in, she was so friendly & as requested she put us in a great room where we could see all the event boats docked across the water. Thank you Nadia!! Your bartenders are excellent & the hotel as a whole is maintained beautifully. We’ll be back for sure!

The staff was very helpful. The pool bartender will make any kind of drink and she is very friendly. The hotel could use some sprucing up compared to the Marriott across the street:-).The online chat is a great feature and the staff responded promptly. Loved the waterfront view as we were there to see the Poker Run. We would definitely stay here again!
