Somewhat run down no customer service and amenities limited. Things seemed broken down.

I was actually surprised when we got there. This place is top notch and on top of everything from cleanliness, to making sure everything is stocked and my room was perfect!

This property is very clean, well managed and feels safe. It has EXCELLENT FRIENDLY Staff that stay busy and they have a cheerful team that promptly attend to your needs in a timely fashion 😀. Ice is ALWAYS AVAILABLE and parking is plentiful. While not walking distance to restaurants and shopping, they offer a prompt shuttle and the physical location is very convenient to all attractions. I love Tampa and will happily stay here upon return .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is extremely outdated and needs a major upgrade. This surrounding areas appeared to be deteriorating and unsafe.

Fairly Basic motel, cold floors, noisy hallways and steps from rooms above. No restaurants nearby

We asked for a roll away bed because it was listed as an amenity. The clerk who checked us in didn't think he had one because the hotel was very full. Then he said I was the first one to ever asked him for one. He clearly didn't want to look in the back for one. And if they aren't available, don't list them as an amenity.

Bad neighborhood but very uncomfortable beds and rooms in general. Would never stay there again!

Paper thin walls. Mattress a stone as were the pillows. Free breakfast is a joke, just some cereal and coffee, also bagels. Lots of people loitering nearby, although hotel itself appeared secure. Maid service every other day. Room did offer a lot of plugs and connections.

Was very clean inside and looked like most of the rooms have recently been renovated which was a big plus. There was a good amount of people at breakfast and were all asking where the eggs, bacon or sausage was but were told breakfast was limited to waffles, cereal, bagels & fruits. I would suggest having better options for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and let us check in 2 hours early at no additional charge as well.
