Great property! We had all we needed and service was wonderful 😊

Needs to have casting in the rooms available. We had to use our phones at night instead of the TV. The TV was there but had no internet access and no way to cast from our phones

Very pleased. It was clean and the room felt big. Good service. Very nice breakfast. I just wished the pool would be heated.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Walked in, the first woman was super nice and welcoming.. I didn't know about the deposit so I left with my 2 children to grab dinner and transfer money into my account. When I came back, there was a heavier set Indian man working the desk, he was staring at my 11 year old daughter and made her uncomfortable so I walked her to the car and came back to explain and pay my deposit. When I tried to pay with my apple pay, he said they don't accept payment that way, mind you there card reader has a apple pay sign on it. I asked where it says that they don't accept apple pay and he couldn't provide anything besides saying he called the manager and she said no. I said ok, walked back to my car and grabbed my bank card walked back into pay. When i went to put my card into the reader, he said he would have to hold onto my card. I let him know I dont like the idea of that and that Ill be happy to pay but I want to keep my card. He argued and caused a scene and I asked that he call his manager so i can explain my situation. When I got on the phone, there was a woman named Vanessa, yelling and screaming at me on the phone while I tried to explain my situation calmly. She then tells me that Im not to speak and she has the right to cancel my reservation and I was not welcomed there. I left crying with my 2 kids in an area I didnt know at 11pm at night with no where to stay. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THE FRONT DESK WINKING AT MY DAUGHTER IS A CREEP AND THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

Totally different than reviews. I was hesitant after seeing reviews on trip advisor (very different than *******). However don’t shy away due to reviews. This hotel is an easy 4-5 star hotel clean and safe. Recently renovated with a friendly staff. I’d never stay in a dump and our family thought highly of hotel and staff.

Stayed in your hotel 2 weeks ago, still my incidental deposit of 100usd not returned. What are you guys trying to do. Return my money pls. It has been 2 weeks, the lady at the fron desk told me within a 1 business day. Be honest and try to run an honest business. Do i have to go back and write you guys and call talk to 5 different people who does not even know how to handle this problem just to get my deposit back Serkan Lacin is my name

Great location if you're flying in or out of Tampa. This is a new hotel and they put some definite thought into making it a good location as well as the accommodations. Room was a nice size, pillows were great, noise level was manageable, and did I mention that the location is great? Highly recommend and will use again in the future when travelling through Tampa.

Brand new hotel so the rooms were clean not muggy and moist. The staff was friendly and the parking is convenient.
