Currently has some construction in the lobby occurring. Otherwise, our stay was fine. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The shower had mold in it. Bathroom had hair in it and floor of the hotel room was filthy.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. They offered Dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The front desk clerks were friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance from Busch Gardens theme park.

The rooms are clean, it’s a great location for what we came for. So close to Bush Gardens. The staff is excellent the shuttle is a huge plus! Ricky the driver is the best! He is friendly & both days he drove us & picked us up he came fast we never had to wait long. He provided excellent tips for the park. Also the front staff during check in was friendly and helpful. We needed more blankets & she had a worker bring it right away. Anytime we travel to Bush Gardens this is where we will stay. Only thing was the bed was too hard for me.

It was a nice stay and clean. Just wish they would install hand grips in the bathroom for the tub. We are older and had trouble getting in and out of the shower. Also they served a very good breakfast.

Ms. Keke was Awesome!! She was professional, helpful, and inviting to the customers. She was that extra special touch for the hotel. The lady that worked the morning shift seemed to always be annoyed or something. We said hello to her as we were walking out one morning and she didn't even smile.

A convenient hotel to stay at when visiting Busch Gardens. Friendly staff, a good enough breakfast, very good beds with superb sleeping comfort. Shuttle service to Busch Gardens worked very well. Only downside at the hotel was the pool. It was not properly maintained. Also, the work-out room was undergoing some work. Thus it could not be used during our stay.
