Had 6 rooms and last one wasn’t ready until after 5:00. Rooms weren’t consistently cleaned. 2 guests had to a new key everytime they tried to open their doors.

The front counter girl staff that greeted me when i came from busch gardens that evening of my check-in was very very friendly and inviting. The room was cleaned, very well maintained, and the breakfast was very good with so many to choose from. The pool needed cleaning from all the leaves and pollen but everything else was satisfactory. I will definetly be coming back to this hotel again in the future of my stays near Busch Gardens 😊😁

Room was newly renovated (though the TV didn't work), but the lobby was small and cramped with limited seating outside of their breakfast room.
A bar/restaurant on site would have been nice as the area around the property was dirty, noisy and didn't feel particularly safe.

This hotel is still the best around. The people that work there are excellent. I never have any problems I would recommend this place to anyone. I've been to maybe 6 other hotels in the area and this place beats them I work in Tampa and live in Orlando so I'm here all week and don't want to go to any other hotel

Everything was perfect inside the hotel and the proximity to Busch Gardens can't be beat. Breakfast is the standard free breakfast that hotels offer which was ok. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit rough.
