Overall our stay was comfortable.
We informed the front desk of 3 issues with the shower because we didn’t want to be charged for those issues, including a drain problem, a leaking shower head and a broken on-wall soap dish.
Marriott called their Facilities to have the shower plumbing problems fixed, but the next day we found that none of our reported issues were fixed. We told them a second time so we wouldn’t be charged for any damages. Mariott could have switched us to another room but didn’t. They could have given us a discount but didn’t. So we were disappointed with the lack of effort.
