The property was very convenient to what we were visiting and was nice and clean. I really loved the Dove bath and hand washes offered in the rooms. I hope that I can find that particular kind in the stores so I can buy for my home. They make everything feel so soft and smooth. The staff encountered were nice.

Bedding, Towels, Water Pressure, Breakfast were very good. Because the property sits on a main road to the interstate and our room faced the road, the noise throughout the night was very loud. Perhaps an even numbered room facing the back would have been better. The first day we had room service, they took the $5 tip on the bed, left the bed unmade, removed the towels without replacing them, and didn't restock the coffee bar. Both front desk staff we interacted with were excellent although at this writing, I've not received the receipt via email as I was told.

Found dried macaroni and cheese in carpet. The smell in the room, hallway and lobby was horrible. Our room smelled musty and the lobby must have flooded as there was huge drying fans blowing around. Would not recommend this hotel! Blah!

There were baby roaches in our bathroom. Bathroom was not clean. Rooms need to be updated

Stayed for a volleyball tournament and I was highly impressed. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff working at Front desk kind and helpful. They have a decent breakfast and offer hot food. Hotel was very clean and conveniently located with food and gas stations close by. Area surrounding the property can be a little questionable but the hotel does a nice job of keeping it secure only allowing entry at front lobby and cameras surround the property. Slight musk when you get into your room but I have yet to be an hotel that doesn’t when carpeted. Nothing that the ac and a candle does not fix. I will definitely be back as I come up often for concerts and it’s a quick walk to Amphitheatre.
