McClain at Valet is wonderful- friendly, knowledgeable, and very good customer service. Also, Gina who works at Taste restaurant was a very hard worker and genuinely friendly-also great customer service. I went to the front desk to tell them how great these employees were during our visit. I hope management recognizes and rewards their efforts.

We were moved to the Embassy Suites from the Hotel Alba two days prior to our arrival. We were told we would be given a luxurious suite. Our room was anything but luxurious and definitely NOT a suite. The bathroom was dirty and I honestly couldn't wait to check out. The fire alarm went off at 3:30am and we were evacuated out to the street. After the fire trucks came and investigated the situation we were allowed to return to our rooms. The flashing strobe lights never stopped until 6:30 a.m. I called the front desk around 4:45 to ask why the strobe lights in our room were still flashing if we were allowed back into our rooms and I was told that they are still investigating the situation. I am only giving this hotel 1 star because the front desk staff were very kind at hospitable upon check-in and when we would return back to the hotel during the day/early evening. I definitely would not recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay here again. Dirty and old.

Our check-in was horrible. The manager did not want to give me a room because the hotel “did not receive the payment from *******”, despite I paid for the reservation in December. Later, in about two hours they found the room after ******* agent stepped in. It costed me a headache and high blood pressure to my wife. This was a first time I experienced such unfriendly, careless behaviour from hotel staff.

The shuttle bus is a joke. We called numinous times from the airport and were disconnected. I finally got through but was on hold for over 45 minutes before someone picked up and spoke to me. I give them the information of where we were and the bus arrived within 10 minutes. The drive was very nice and friendly. Check in took a few minutes since they only had two people checking guest in and quite a few guest arriving when we did. The hotel is clean our two room suite was a odd configuration but it worked. The breakfast in the morning was just ok we have stayed at other embassy suite and the breakfast has been much better and more organized.

Not a good property for people with disabilities especially the parking and the housekeeping know they found my watch and didn’t not return it and I went right back that same day and called multiple times they wouldn’t answer nor have they returned my call back still until this day
