The overall service and content are good. It's a pity that the room had a faint musty smell when I checked in. It will be better with the air conditioning.

I's a forever Hilton member and needed to put a review on for this hotel. This is the second time we stayed here for the Kenny show, first was in 2022 after moving to Florida from Illinois. We checked in early and didn't want to wait for the Kind Bdrm so settled for the two beds, but my husband noticed the Banner hanging and we are die hard fans. He spoke to the front desk - and yep - we came home with it. The entire staff at the front desk and sales in back were so kind. We were a bit scared that someone might have stole it on Sat night before we could get it Sunday morning but nope - it was still hanging and they sent maintenance to grab it for us. THANK YOU... You totally made our stay there. We WILL be back...

I checked into the hotel because I got the flu and couldnโt fly home. First thing I wanted was a hot shower and it had a dual knob situation that was completely unmarked. I fiddled with that for 20 minutes and could get nothing more than Luke warm. So there I was freezing with the flu and 102 temp. Also the bathroom needed some TLC with water damage on the door and floor baseboard. Not very good for Paris Hiltons inheritance.

Iโm giving this hotel 5 stars due to Ada Izquicrdoโs outstanding attention to detail. She was absolutely so kind - went above and beyond to correct an issue for my meeting, and I think every hotel should have someone like her working the front desk. Accountability - getting creative - and caring about the guest. Very thankful!!

Clean, tidy & efficient. This hotel is what I am coming to expect from Hilton properties. The property is about 10-15 minutes from the TPA airport. In a nice area with lots of food options. The area is a little more corporate business park than residential. Checkin was super fast. The room was clean, with the usual amenities. The pool area looks amazing (raining the day I was there). All-in-all, a nice property that could use some updating. I would stay here again. I hope you enjoy your stay at the Hilton Wstshore.

Good Hilton, 30 minute walk to Steinbrenner field, 20 to raymond James Stadium, although Americans prefer to take an uberโฆ Nice, large rooms, paid parking in front of hotel. Pool area and fitness room, both ok. Did not have breakfast there, went to Ybor City, much nicer. Bar area not inspiring. They were out of 5 of the 12 drinks that were on the menuโฆ as we arrived a bit late, we grabbed some food at the ba, average at best. There are a number of good restaurants 5 minute walkthrough away, suggest you go there. But in the end, it is avout the room, and that was definitely good.
