My complaint was obtaining my receipt. I stayed there a week ago, I still don’t have it. I happen to be in town tomorrow so I’m going to the hotel to pick it up because they had problems. Emailing I called them four times to get the receipt I never received it.

For the price, this hotel should be rated poorly. Everything about it was the quality of hotels half the price. No carpeting; rough towels; rough toilet paper; rough tissues; ugly furniture that did not match; room temperature that was too cold even with the AC turned down because of the cold coming from other rooms and the floor; no luggage assistance; horrible restaurant; over priced snacks on first floor only. Would not stay there again.

The room had 2 adjoining room doors, so it was so loud we heard everything. The towel rack was loose and hanging by the nail, the shower head was super low and leaked so bad you could only use one setting. Tub was slow to drain, and there was hair floating around before you even got in. However I did not see any bugs, and it wasn’t disgusting but it definitely wasn’t as clean as one would hope. It was inconvenient that they don’t just have a microwave in the room. The location is not great, I did not feel unsafe , buts it’s also not convenient for anything . One thing I will say is that was the comfiest bed I’ve probably ever slept in. I would say if you are looking for a quick nights stay, it’s definitely not that bad. But if you want a nice comfortable holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it .
