This was the worst Hotel stay I have ever encountered. The General Manager canceled my reservation without notifying me. Upon my arrival, she said I needed to rebook and conveniently the only room left was double the price. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not stay here. I had a reservation confirmation and because I booked through **********, the General Manager passed the buck to them and blamed them. Absolutely terrible.

Where to begin? First, free upgrade was a downgrade. Had booked hotel at least 2 months in advance, nonrefundable...got to the room, right outside patio area. It was noisy, asked for another room, no accommodation available. At 12:30am music was still being played, called the front desk, which was useless, people on the patio finally went to bed I can only assume at 2am because it got quiet. The room itself is big, toilet area with no door, shower separated from toilet by glass wall that faces window. Also no door or curtain. Furniture is a hodgepodge of mismatched dingy stuff. Expensive for a very cheap hotel.

As I walked through the door of the room I was smacked in the face with the smell of urine. When I walked closer to the bathroom it was unbearable. On top of the smell the room was sticky. I was in the room for a total of 2 mins and came out with the stench on me!!! I walked to the front desk and kindly let them know I was leaving due to the conditions they offered me another room but I declined. I was crawling out of my skin at that point. Later that night I saw two charges on my bank statement so I called and the gentleman told me the charges will be dropped and that the manager said since I left I won’t be charged. Needless to say, I was charged after the front desk assured me I wouldn’t be. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Saving a few bucks isn’t worth it.

HORRIBLE HOTEL. Do not waste your money. Not sure how long the manager Brendan and the front desk lady Kylee Tripp has been there but they are making the hotel worse, customer service sucks and they don’t care about anything. Service sucks, DO NOT EVER PAY TO STAY THERE.

Room needs maintenance, several light bulbs not working, exposed electrical outlets. Carpet is frayed. Definitely not a hotel for the price they charge to stay at. Light bulbs over the vanity are of different colors, would not recommend this place to stay at, and we'll not come back.

This place is a joke! Stayed her every week fir three weeks thank god I went home on the weekends! Always had room that were adjoining. 1st week they were beating on the doors, second week more adjoining rooms and kept me up all night. Third week again a joining rooms with screaming kids you can hear through the door. Called to change rooms was giving a room You couldn’t even get into the building with the key they gave you. Took three times to the front desk to get a key card to work then the door they tell you to use still won’t open up. I’m done with this place looking fir another hotel now and moving tomorrow. Don’t stay here they ********** in the parking lot out back and out of the room.

So I been staying at this hotel for a week now last night made a reservation and today I get a phone from Paul hostilely telling me that he can cancel my reservation And he knows their something wrong with my card I tried explaining to him that a man yesterday at the front desk n I spoke n he said it was ok just come in as soon as I get off I told Paul I’m at work delivering bed and equipment to the hospital the way he spoke back was very ridiculous and rude if he is representing this hotel the owner should be very shamed I have ants in my room and my phone don’t work I constantly hear the noise at night n this is what you call n say then wanting to argue while I said I was at work arguing with a guest that been paying for a week n was going to pay for another week is totally crazy to me and I’m professional

This "hotel" was deplorable. The pictures online are a sham as they do not depict how dirty and awful the place truly is. The stairs leading up to the rooms had garbage all about; the room had a strong stale, musty smell that we couldn't even breathe in and the floor, pillows and sheets had nasty stains on them. We checked right out of that dump the same night we checked in - took pictures too. Had to go a couple of doors down to Holiday Inn which is a real, clean, decent hotel. That Quality Inn should not be allowed to operate especially with Covid going around. It's a trap for sickness and disease. I wouldn't recommend any people or animals to stay there and as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, there was a strong sewer-like smell. We asked the receptionist what that smell was and she said she didn't smell anything, which to me, was a blatant lie. How could anyone not smell that stench? I had a feeling then and there that something was very wrong and I was surely right. I called ******* and promptly got my money back. That place needs to be better upkept or closed down permanently.
