The decoration is quite old, but the environment is okay. Breakfast is not a buffet. Take the breakfast coupon to order a la carte, and the taste is average.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I wasn’t able to check in until 4.5 hours after the designated check in time, the room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work. And I would have had to wait even longer had I not agreed to take an inferior room, which they did not provide any comps for. Other guests that I spoke to had similar experience. Horrible stay.

Old furniture, the rooms should definitely be renovated.
We were given another room that was different from our reservation and when we wanted the room we had reserved we were charged $80.
Nice and convenient location. But next time I will choose a different hotel.

The parking guy's service is very good. I forgot my mobile phone in the car. I went to pick it up in the car as soon as possible. The service of the front desk staff is average. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, but the room hygiene is average, the aging is serious, and the bathroom is very dirty

Well, I wish I could say better things about this property but here it goes. The rooms are completely outdated. The air-conditioning was not working. We called down to the front desk and we told maintenance would be up to the room within 15 minutes. They did not arrive until an hour later worked on it for short while said give it some time and it’ll start working again. it never got below 74°. The bathroom tub was so old it was permanently dark so we showered with our flip-flops on. Every time we sat on the toilet it creaked and sounded like it was going to rip from the wall. The bathroom mirror was crooked . The room had this old carpeting. The bed was uncomfortable. It wasn’t worth the amount of money they were charging for the location. We ended up eating our money and just checking out the next day instead of staying. There is no way I could stay there another night.

Other than a 2 hour check in because ******* did not transfer my booking to hotel it’s was great. After I did research on my end and showed it was paid for all was good and gave us an extra $25 for inconvenience.

Nice place to stay. Within walking distance to a lot of things. Perfect place to stay for gasparilla. We will definitely be back for our Tampa visits.
