The room is very new, as are the hotel facilities. The swimming pool on the terrace is heated and there are not many swimming guests. The sea view and sunset are beautiful, and the room is a great place to watch the sunset.

One of the ladies who answers the phone was not the friendliness person. But otherwise, there's no jacuzzi tub, the pool was freezing, no microwave, and no public parking. Finally, the rooftop bar was extremely windy. The décor was beautiful and everything was very clean. It was okay but not worth what I paid and not what I expected.

Hotel is beautiful and has great views. Rooftop restaurant is also amazing, however service as a Marriott property was terrible. I spend 3 nights here for work in an expensive room with numerous rooms charges and didn’t receive any of my Bonvoy points credit. As a titanium elite I was also promised 1000 point welcome gift and 750 points per night in lieu of breakfast and received none of it. I contacted Marriott multiple times and they reached out to the hotel and I was told no credit because I booked through a third party like *******. This wasn’t true, we booked through the hotel and some of my colleagues received credit, but others had the same problem. Nice hotel, but if you’re looking to maximize your Bonvoy awards stay away.

I’ve been fooled twice by the front desk reception: (1) during check in when the front desk officer first withheld $500 from my credit card for 2 nights as reserve. After I’ve questioned this it got corrected to $100 without any explanation. (2) during my checkout when the front desk officer charged for the already prepaid room charged. It was only after receiving the email receipt that I noticed (I did NOT get informed!!) after which a more senior front desk officer very politely apologised, corrected and paid back the overcharged amount. This is not what I expect from a Courtyard hotel. I’ve been stolen twice if I hadn’t complained!

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. We stayed here with our 2 children. Pool is heated and well situtated for the location. Breakfast was also very good. Staff is very friendly and always smiling, Special shout out to Denise in the restaurant.

Checked in Christmas Day, hotel was beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, right on the beach. Rooms look new and modern, floor to ceiling windows.

Room was dirty especially the toilet. AC super noisy, didn’t stop droning all the time. Very disappointed.
