The grounds are beautiful, great location, the beach area and pool area were very nice, good food at the pool bar. The room…not so much! Carpet was extremely dirty and smelled terrible, not sure if it was musty or moldy but it was awful. It’s in need of severe maintenance. The tub was peeling, all the caulking in the tile of the bathroom floor was dirty and cracking. On a positive note - the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice and clean. Older crowd so pretty quiet. Only thing I will complain about is the lawn company leaf blowing at 630 am which has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

This property is NOT a 4-star hotel. The bathtub was peeling from where it appeared to have been painted over. The rooms smelled musty and did not meet expectations.
It advertises a hotel shuttle, however unable to reach the desk to utilize.

Poor communications about my late checkout made my last morning uncomfortable. Staff was ringing me early? Don’t ever call me before 9 am on a weekend?! Housekeeping banging on the door…

This property is ok. It really needs to be updated. If you want somewhere that is beach access do not go here. It is on the bay with no water access which kinda stinks. It was quiet and not packed which was nice. The drinks and food at the on site restaurant was good but too expensive for sure. Very expensive for not much. Probably won’t stay here again unfortunately.

Quiet resort on Tampa Bay close to the airport for an unexpected layover. Pool bar and sunset deck was a nice bonus.
