The room hygiene is poor, the service is poor, there is no luggage storage, and the breakfast is poor. It's just good. Is it close to the airport?

Bugs all over the kitchen area and who knows where else. Could not stay there. Definitely does not look like the pictures or any other Extended Stay I’ve stayed at!

Shower ran a constant leak, not a drip. Cabinets had severe water damage. Roaches. No hangers. One bedside light was out.

It would have been nice to be informed at check in that you have to ask for a hairdryer or anything you would need for the kitchen.
Everything was clean but the room we stayed in would need a major paint job and update.
It would not take much to convert it into an appealing appearance. Just paint the walls an rip out the nasty carpet.
The lady at check in was very friendly,
The guy at check out at 7 am should search for a job he likes more.
When the room service staff does its best the managers should do as well , as they earn more.
Owner and managers you should be ashamed !

The management and service personel are all top notch. Clean proffessional and a fantastic stay airport extended stay is the best of all the hotels ive stayed in for any length of time . The hub from veterens and hilsbourgh will give you fast acess to anywhere you want to go in tampa bay. Safe and near downtown ,aquarium , art museum, bush gardens and all stadiums for sports events and music. For the price of one night elsewhere you can stayn a whole week with a kitchen, free internet , free breakfast, coffe and much more. I highly recomend the Extended stay at Beaumont plaza North airport

First time at extended stay.
Like: close to airport.
Did not like: lack of basic amenities, no hair dryer, no dishes, glasses, etc., no coffee maker, no hangers. What appeared to be mold in corners of ceiling of shower, no charging ports.
