부쉬가든 탬파 관련 출장길. 서비스 엉망, 불친절하고 대꾸도 제대로 하지 않는 종업원. 모든 종업원이 그렇지는 않았지만 트렁크 2개를 끌고 현관에 들어서는데 멀뚱멀둥 쳐다만 보는 호텔리어는 처음 봤습니다. 주차 공간이 차고 넘치는데, 유료 징수하는 것도 이해 불가.

Gutes Hotel nahe zum Bushgarden. Man hat uns zum Bushgarden gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Frühstück war amerikanisch doch ok. Was uns gestört hat ist, dass das ganze Geschirr aus Plastik bestand.

Used the Hyatt as a base for Busch Gradens visits. Clean hotel with friendly/helpful staff. Although the (included) breakfast was not extensive, it was nice and enough to fill you up and set you for the day. Waffle machine, grits/oatmeal, eggs, saugage paty, toast, fruit, cereals etc. Free coffee in the foyer. We didn't use the pool. Room was spacious and clean. Microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The free shuttle to Busch Gardens was very welcome and there were lots of time slots to choose from. The hotel is 5 mins drive to Busch. There are a few eating places within a 5 minute walk from the hotel including a sports bar and grille at the top of the drive which offers a discount to Hyatt guests. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was our son's birthday and we called the hotel before arriving to ask if they can do something special for him. They surpassed our expectations. There were balloons, candy and a card that each staff member signed for our son. He was extremely happy! They surpassed our expectations.

Being a Moffitt patient and season pass holder at Busch, I was seeking a hotel close by both, as well as restaurants for carry out. Hyatt Place met all 3. This hotel prides itself on cleanliness. It is also very accommodating for Moffitt patients by designating a floor for them and placing a sign alerting other guests to this by requesting noise be kept to a minimum. Finally, the complimentary breakfast is great while at the same time spreading the selections out in order to practice social distancing. I was loyal to another hotel chain but Hyatt Place at Busch Gardens has converted me to their brand. .

I stay was very comfortable. The room was clean housekeeping was on point. Had no real issues. Only thing is The Hotelshuttle to Busch Garden is limited to first come first serve. And usually the early morning appointment are already taken. So you just may want to prepare to drive if you’re planning to attend Busch Gardens when they first open.

Location of this Hyatt was convenient but even with some of the upgrading done you can tell that the hotel has aged in some areas of the room I was in. The room was spacious, clean and satisfactory. I have stayed at multiple Hyatt Hotels, including the downtown Tampa one which is far better than this location in terms of modern upgrades, age and overall experience.
