This place gets a lot of things right. The location is excellent—perfect for walking and conveniently close to the highway. The staff is very friendly, and there's a decent amount of parking available in the deck. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. I stayed in a corner room, which was surprisingly spacious. There's plenty of room in the kitchen, sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in tons of natural light and offer a great view, especially from the higher floors. The kitchen comes with a full-size fridge, a dishwasher, and a few dishes, which is super convenient. The bathroom features a stand-up shower, and the bed is comfortable with decent pillows. The only downside for me was the TV guide and remote—they could be more user-friendly. Still, that’s a minor issue compared to everything else. I’d definitely stay here again.

A big hat tip to Tyesha… I probably didn’t get the spelling right. After a long long long night of missed flights and rerouting from Cleveland to Denver to Tampa, we finally made it to your facility about 8 o’clock in the morning. We needed sleep before we got to our cruise and there was absolutely no problem in checking in this late… Or early (lol). Ask for a little Lee and see on checkout so we could get a good few hours of sleep. Your shuttle staff is also extremely wonderful.
