Hotel sends you to red roof inn which has bed bugs and other issues. Trip refuses to send it to me because I didn’t make it to the hotel before 4. I lost 111 because of trips.com. 💩💩💩

I made it to the “Holiday Inn” or where I thought I was booked at. The website needs to be updated because it is not a Holiday Inn, it is a Red Roof Plus. But either way, my stay was fine all around. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Staff was all helpful and friendly as well.

The room was bad and the hotel name and address did not match. I contacted Ctrip customer service and they kept asking me to check the order number at the wrong hotel even though I was informed that my phone was about to be turned off. Overall, Ctrip customer service is really rubbish.

The rooms have living rooms with a TV and a pull out couch in addition to a private bedroom.

The only think was the room I had was a leak on the ceiling of the bathroom. We didn’t stay the extra day and was upset they didn’t want to give back at least some of our money but they said we couldn’t because they said you guys don’t .

I was blown away. One of the best red Roof inns I have ever stayed at. For price and area it's located it's not one to pass up. When I'm back in Tampa I would definitely stay again.
