I have been staying at the extended stay off of Fletcher avenue for 7 months now and this is my home I never thought I could call it that but thanks to amazing employees like Jenny to brighten up anyone's day. Doesn't matter how long it takes she will answer every question accurately explain in detail when things are itemized on your bill line by line. Whenever we need something for the room she is ready to grab it for us and if she doesn't have it she finds it for us and that means a lot. I will be continuing to stay here but a shout out to all the workers you all have been wonderful in your own way and very kind to deal with so many of us crazy people lol

The rooms were decent for the 5 nights we stayed. No housekeeping at all, we had to get our own towels and take the dirty ones down. Breakfast was only coffee, teas, muffins, granola bars & oatmeal/grits packets. Staff was friendly but the rooms were outdated with rusty stoves and fridges. Wish we got more for the price we paid. At least have a housekeeping stop by the rooms - we basically had to do it all ourselves.

We didn't realize there were so many long-term residents, who although polite during the day, were loitering around outside in the wee hours. We got to the hotel past 1:30 am and the noise kept my partner awake most of the night.

The place reeked of ****. Our checkin person was not welcoming. The free breakfast was a joke. The room was not a clean space. We stayed 3 of 9 nights and went to a nearby hotel where we felt safer.
