We were traveling as a family with 4 adults and 2 small children 4 and 6. Everyone in the hotel and restaurants went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The hotel is relatively new. The breakfast is okay. It's not too much, but it's okay. There are more fruits. Tampa is not very warm in winter. The room needs heating, so it's okay to turn on the heater.

The hotel is essentially located in the Water St., District with plenty to do in the surrounding area. There is a great pool and outdoor lounge area on the sixth floor. The staff are super professional and friendly and went above and beyond on every request. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Tampa.
