The room was impeccable π love the location it was in easy to get to food ,stores etc the bed was so comfortable I wish I could stayed there for a 1week but I had to work .I'm upset I didn't wake up in time for breakfast π hopefully next time I book I can make the breakfast π will be booking again π

Check-in was ok. Assigned room 201. Started to unpack but discovered thermostat indicated ERROR. We had no heat. Contacted front desk. Told they would find us another room. We were moved to room 419. I specifically picked my room for the roll-in shower and handheld shower. The shower was half the size of room 201 and had a plain showerhead. Room was smaller and not equipped the same. VERY disappointed. This was my 1st time staying in a Home2 facility. After speaking with the morning clerk, she said she would give me a 30% discount off my stay. I have yet to see the discount but intend to follow up. Not sure how my stay would have been if not for being ruined in the 1st 30 minutes.

Check-in was a breeze which was a pleasant experience at 1:00 am in the morning. The room was extremely large and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely will keep them in mind if I am in the Tampa area again.

The staff at this property went above and beyond to help us. We arrived way before checkin and our ro wasn't available yet. The front desk person saw how tired we were . She offered us breakfast and spoke with housekeeping to get us in a room as soon as she could. We was in a room within an hr. They offered shuttles to the mall as well as to the airport. Both drivers were so friendly. I would definitely return.

While the hotel was nice and spacious overall, I called the morning of check-in to ask about the airport shuttle service and was told it operated until midnight, only to arrive and make the call for pickup and be told that on Sundays, the shuttle is only available until 4pm and had to find our own way there with 2 families including 3 children and all our luggage

Really nice affordable hotel. Suites are clean and spacious. Breakfast offering is as good as much more expensive hotels. Only issue was that the liquid soap dispensers in our shower were empty.

Stayed here in Dec 2022 and a little less satisfied this time around. Rooms were clean and spacious, however it took 3 days to sort out ACβ¦a bit annoying.
Breakfasts were certainly plentiful but quality was just average.
Staff for most part friendly and head maintenance gentleman is great- thanks for heating the pool
BBQ also great to use and the shuttle
to stadium area appreciated
