If you're traveling with kids, this is absolutely the best choice – it's truly fantastic! The beach, kids' classes, and a swimming pool are all available. You can easily spend an entire day at the hotel. Across the street, there's a shooting range and restaurants, and about a kilometer's walk away, there's a large supermarket. This hotel isn't heavily promoted back home, but it's genuinely good! Yes, the facilities are a bit old, but it's definitely not a dealbreaker.

I stayed on the 28th floor of Oceania Building B. The water park ocean view was absolutely satisfying. I was a bit worried because there were a lot of comments about the facilities being old, but it wasn't an issue at all. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the bathroom looked like it was prefabricated, which made me feel a bit dizzy. Other than that, even though there were signs of age, water purifiers were installed on every two floors, and I didn't experience much inconvenience. The staff were friendly. The walk to the parking lot was a bit far, but it was fine once I knew the shortcut. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a tip, the Taikoh Rent across the street is run by locals and was cheap and good. I had considered using a Korean rental car company but I'm glad I went with the cheaper option.

This pic really captures the Christmas spirit! It's our third time in Guam, and since we've stayed here every time, it feels just like home. Still the best place for kids to play!

Our family of three stayed here. The cleanliness was average (under the bed might be a bit dirty...). The hairdryer was very basic, just on and off, so if you're particular, I'd suggest bringing your own. Service was good; if we had any issues, the front desk was quick to help.
