"The location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy."

"The room had plenty of space with spectacular beach views from the 20th floor balcony. Nice water bottles were provided with a refill machine close to the elevators. I slept very well on the first night as the bed was really comfortable. Great facilities downstairs. Plenty of large sunning chairs. Swimming pools with slide for kids and waterfall for adult side. There was also a jacuzzi in an alcove between the pools. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a coffee in the lobby area. This hotel easily passes muster."

"Smooth check in and check out. The room was clean and no complaints. The TV would not play any cable channels, so the staff attempted to fix it right away. The maintenance was able to show only the golf channel, but at least they tried lol We were able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out which was convenient. They were not too responsive to emails but apologized for it later. The front desk made a call for us to the tour company when our pick up ride did not show up on time (They were just running late). Very good deal for the price overall!"

"The view from the hotel was great! We rented a car, so being on top of a hill wasn't an issue at all. We only walked to Tagada Park, but otherwise, we drove everywhere, so the location wasn't a problem 🚙. The parking lot was spacious, covered, and free, which was a big help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as theirs don't lather very well. There was no hand soap, so I used body wash, but it would be useful to have some with you. I assumed the clothes dryer was free because it didn't have a 'paid' sign, but laundry and drying each cost $6."

"The location was good, as it was near a beach and quite a few restaurants and shops. The service was good, as most of the staff were polite and responded quickly to requests. I did not like the open-style shower, however, as water went everywhere in the bathroom. Plus, there was no working fan in the bathroom either. The biggest problem though was that most of the time there was no hot water in the bathroom at all, making for some very cold showers! At least the room was big and relatively inexpensive."

"The service was great, and the breakfast was good too. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night; the air conditioner in our room was very noisy, and I couldn't sleep all night. The next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type. The hotel decor is quite new, and the cleanliness is also good. Five-star rating!"

"The location is fantastic, and the views are amazing! The service is excellent – you can always trust Lotte. If you book a stay that includes lounge access, you don't have to worry about where to eat in expensive Guam. The food caters to Korean tastes, which is a big plus! I compared several places, and this one is definitely my style. It's close to both Tumon Beach and Gun Beach, making it perfect for water activities. The infinity pool also has a stunning view! They have a lot of events too – it's just the best!"

"I love the location , as it's a family area. The beach next door I nice with covered tables, and there's a lifeguard. It's a great opportunity to see local families having fun, and lots of kids without the tourist crowd. In the late afternoon you can see the large canoes practicing and racing. Go to the beach in the morning and late afternoon and watch the sunset. The resort staff are very helpful and kind. The red Tumon shuttle picks up out front. All in all a very good location. I'll be back soon!"

"The location is great, but the shower had no hot water (т ̫ т). I ended up using the hot water from the bathtub shown in the second photo to wash myself (it was a really awkward position, lol). Also, it was really cold returning to the room with the AC blasting after getting out of the pool. It was also inconvenient not having an outlet near the bed! The room itself was spacious and comfortable! The fridge had almond chocolates (Japanese ones), alcohol, and juice. There were also three bottles of water. In the hallway, there's a water cooler and an ice machine. I hope this helps anyone who's still deciding."

"I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself."
