Guam Plaza Resort

Great location and friendly staff :) It’s really convenient for access everywhere. 5 min to the beach, ABC mart, some restaurants and bus stops. As this price, I think it’s really great!

The parking building was the best part Car park not directly under the sun Walking distance to the beach, bus stop, shuttle stop & restaurants JP super store is directly connected to Perfect Location Tumon bay

Guam Plaza resort is one of a hotel with excellent value for money.

The location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy.

The room is clean and neat, but they don’t offer clean up everyday

Compassion and care when we needed it most* Our Guam to Manila flight on April 13 was cancelled due to the typhoon, leaving us stranded for 4 days. What could have been a stressful nightmare was made so much easier because of Gual Plaza Hotel. They generously (Front Desk Manager) gave us a discount for our extended stay and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and attentive the entire time. You could really feel that they cared. Thank you, Guam Plaza team, for turning a difficult situation into a reminder that there’s still genuine hospitality and kindness in the world. We’re grateful and would absolutely stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️🌺🌺🌺

This hotel was at a nice location near the beach and the most favorite thing was breakfast, souvenir shops included inside the hotel!! It was surprisingly reasonable price for this such an amazing hotel, I highly recommend!!
