Front desk services are available from 7:30am to 11:00pm. Security services will be available at the front desk from 11:00pm to 7:30am for any overnight emergencies or inquires. If you are checking in after the front desk closes, security on duty will be able to assist you with check in. Please provide the ID of the registered guest on the reservation and the credit card used to book reservation and security will issue you the keys to the unit. Because the front desk does not open until 7:30am payment may be collected the following morning if there is no pre-payment made.
Make yourself at home in one of the 98 air-conditioned rooms featuring microwaves and basic kitchenettes. All rooms are also provided with basic kitchenware and tableware. "I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied."

GGuest UserThe view was lovely, and the pool was excellent. The room felt very clean, perhaps thanks to the wooden floors. I even brought a shower filter with me, and it stayed perfectly clear for all four days, which was a reassuring sign of good water quality. However, the staff service was quite disappointing.

GGuest UserMy family had an amazing time at Lotte Hotel. The service was good and the facilities were clean. It is conveniently close to a lot of things that we wanted to do. We enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel (La Siene) with all the different kinds of foods available and made use of the kids playground -- my boy really loves it there, especially with the new expansion. It was very family friendly, and will look forward to our next staycation.

EEl GonzalesWe were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days.
The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome.
Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special.
Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel.
Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.

However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦
The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor...
This was very stressful.
Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels.
The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by.
Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly.
The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed here. The cleanliness was average (under the bed might be a bit dirty...). The hairdryer was very basic, just on and off, so if you're particular, I'd suggest bringing your own. Service was good; if we had any issues, the front desk was quick to help.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

KKimdohunI booked a suite family room and requested two additional double beds, but I was pleasantly surprised to find four double beds, which was great. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about this being a budget-friendly resort, but our room didn't have any major issues. However, the floor didn't seem to be cleaned very well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, including the toilet. I recommend bringing a shower filter. The room comes with a coffee pot, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and water. There are no overhead lights in the room, so you have to use the bedside lamps.
The pool is about 10 meters long, and the deep end is around 182 cm. I didn't swim because it seemed like the pool wasn't very well maintained.
The location is decent, and they offer luggage storage, but it's just them roping off an area and leaving your bags there.

BBaijiahei2006Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.
