This time we stayed for 3 nights with ocean view. The view was great on the 7th floor. As mentioned in the reviews, there were some places where I was concerned about the smell. In the room I stayed in, the pillow smelled like the soles of my feet. I brought deodorant with me, but it only worked a little. There was no musty smell. It was very convenient to have something to hang the laundry to dry. I brought some hangers with me, but I felt like I didn't have enough. If you are concerned about toothpaste, we recommend that you bring your own. The pool is well stocked, the staff are really kind, and I took a yoga class, which I was very satisfied with. There was a convenience store, and there was an ABC store right in front of me, so I didn't have any problems. I would like to use it again when I go to Guam.

The room was too dirty to relax. Towels took a long time to arrive and I almost caught a cold. Anyway, I never want to go there again.

PIC is the hotel with the most abundant parent-child facilities and the most fun in Guam, except that the room facilities are a bit outdated. The diverse activities and rich facilities in the water park allow parents to not worry about what their children want to play, as long as they relax and bask in the sun and listen to their laughter - swimming pools, water slides, water volleyball, and water basketball. Water tug-of-war, windsurfing, kayaking, floating harbor, and beach volleyball can all be played here. The hotel offers various instructional classes for beginners, including tennis. Snorkeling, sailing, etc. The hotel provides all entertainment equipment and coaches for free. Courses can be reserved in advance. Generally, the hotel can reserve the same day's courses in the morning. In addition to differences in room types, accommodation PICs are also divided into gold cards and silver cards. The main difference is that the gold card includes three meals, while the silver card only includes breakfast. When booking a room on Ctrip, you can only see the meal package price by selecting multiple days. Friends who want to spend time in PIC can choose the gold card. In this place where you can spend US dollars, you can buy three meals for a family with less than one thousand yuan a day. All the restaurants in PIC are of good quality! PIC has many delicious restaurants to choose from, including American, Western, Japanese, and buffets. The key is that an adult can bring a child under 11 years old to dine for free, and a family of four with two children does not need to pay extra for the child. It’s a waste. You can snorkel on the beach in the hotel here. There are many corals and small fish, but the corals are a bit badly damaged. Asian faces account for 80% of the tourists here, and more than 90% of them are Koreans. After three days in the hotel, I didn't meet anyone who spoke Chinese. During the National Day holiday, the country is crowded, and here everyone is surrounded by Smectas.

The Pacific Island Club Hotel in Guam is an absolute nightmare. The first thing you'll notice is the presence of cockroaches in the stairwells. But that's not all. The hotel also has a host of hidden charges that they conveniently fail to mention while booking. The added burden of these extra charges can hurt your budget, leaving you feeling like you were ripped off. They spring this on you at the last-minute check-out when you're trying to go to the airport to catch your flight. This leaves you back into a corner, and they strong-arm you out of your money. It can be frustrating to encounter staff members who need more proficiency in English, as this can make effective communication impossible. Even the simplest requests can be difficult to convey, and you may feel stranded and helpless. This can make an already difficult situation even more unpleasant. Overall, the Pacific Island Club Hotel in Guam is an absolute disaster. It's a shame that a hotel with such a prime location can have such a poor standard of service. While this hotel has previously been highly regarded, my most recent experience did not meet my expectations. Some areas may be where improvements could be made to enhance the overall guest experience. Do not be lured by the waterpark. The hotel waterpark is extremely overcrowded, with no space to move around due to selling tickets to people staying outside the hotel to make money. The hotel does not reinvest profits back into the hotel as run done once you past their flashy entrance. Last stay at this place. The review leaves me sad to write, but i don't want your family to have the experience that I had. It has become an AVOID AT ALL COSTS place.

The room is a decent size with a balcony and offers an ocean view. But the room does need a much needed remodel or refresher. The bed is comfortable with good quality linens and pillows. The bathroom is good with good water pressure. The resort is still recovering from the typhoon. The hotel grounds are still in the process of cleaning up. Much of the restaurants are still closed.

1st the front desk staff is made up almost entirely of college interns. The lack of experience cost me multiple hours correcting their errors with the managers and my travel dept. 2nd this place is run like a prison, you eat at this time, you swim at this time, you can not bring that item to this area. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place this is NOT it. The only good thing was the cleaning staff Mactee took care of my room and did an exceptional job! Tinton on the maintenance team was very nice and friendly everyday. All and all I will never stay at this place again.

I was wondering why I missed writing a review for our visit here. I think mainly because it was pretty uneventful (for me). When we visited last year, the place was pretty empty yet our room was far from the lobby. Long walk esp. for guests like us who rented a car for the weekend. Parking was also a hassle - such a long walk to and fro, esp. it was raining that weekend we visited Guam. For such a big resort, there's definitely not much choices for eateries in the area. Be prepared to drive in and out. Another hassle. Staff was hit and miss. Now you see them, now you don't. The room, bathroom and hotel amenities are all up to par - as expected. Clean and comfortable. No frills. It served its purpose. My teen son did enjoy some of their water activities but he informed me that he specially liked the PIC in Saipan better. I think this PIC is best for younger children than teens, who prefers bigger or more thrilling slides. However, my wife enjoyed taking lots of pictures around the resorts. Lots of scenery and "instagrammable" spots for her. Overall, definitely not bad experience for us. No regrets. A must visit at least once in your lifetime esp. if you have frequented PIC Saipan.

The hotel is fine. It is big and a bit old but comfortable. It's also fairly clean, and that's important. Free parking is also a huge bonus. The main draw is and should be the enormous water park and beachfront, which has days of activities for kids and adults. The kids won't want to leave. All activities are included in the rate so it is a great deal on that score. My biggest gripe is the food and other amenities. The restaurants are so overpriced I thought they were being sarcastic, so be prepared to rent a car and eat literally anywhere else. You do have a fridge in the room, though, as well as communal microwaves, so grocery shopping is also an option. Ultimately, the main reason to come is the waterfront and awesome activities, which are as advertised.

We were placed here by United Airlines due to a flight delay. And we were reassured that it was a "great" hotel. It was my worst nightmare. A water park themed gigantic hotel filled to the brim with families. It is basically a hotel that caters exclusively to children. Music blaring outside from 9 in the morning until 10 at night. Children running around like wild animals. Very limited restaurant choices. The main one being a massive buffet feeding trough. Rooms are tired and outdated.

I checked in with my family its my brothers birthday and we wanted to pay for additional pool pass for my husband and she told me we cant buy cause its full. But we literally have a pool view and there really not much people, we go to PIC pool many times and theres like a 200 or more people in the pool even its still covid and we can still purchase wrist band. I ended up not going to yhe pool cause I didn’t wanna leave my husband alone becausw he doesnt have a wrist band.

My family and I are relocating the states. Day 3 of what was supposed to be an 8 day stay before leaving the island for good, we experienced such discrimination and the worst hospitality ever. The governor made an announcement that establishments such as restaurants, bars, movie theaters, gyms and other establishments would no longer need to ask for vaccination cards/proof. We are unvaccinated and could not use the pools nor dine in. When the restriction was removed I asked the front desk if we can now use the pool. The manager said, “No!” They have their own rules. Ok. That’s fine. Then I went back and asked that if we check out early will we be reimbursed for the remaining days. They said I would be reimbursed and then they did a 180 and said I can now use the pool and restaurants but I would have to return all the perks they gave us when we first checked in. What? You’ve got to be kidding me! I’ve about had enough of their bad attitude. I called another hotel and booked with them and they offered a shuttle to the airport. I checked out of PIC and will never ever go back there again if I ever visit the island and go to a hotel. Additionally the hotel is old and dirty. But we never complained about that, until now. Would I recommend? Oh heck no!!!! Don’t go to this hotel. Water park is dirty too. Don’t do it!! I’ve added a photo of blood on the elevator button on the 10th floor. We told the front desk twice about the blood but no one did anything until our third time to inform them. Yuck!

Our stay was pretty stale, rooms seemed overpriced for what they were. The water park is a 6/10 due to the fact that there isn’t that much to do. For people with kids it should be noted that the workers usually have romantic relationships which is inevitable but tend to not keep it professional from my perspective along with rumors of the manager having her “photos” going around. Not helping with the atmosphere of professionalism. But overall 2/5 stars due to it just being overpriced with majority of workers not keeping relationships outside of work.
