The access to the city center was great! This time we were traveling with our children, so we booked a pool that the kids would enjoy! The pool water was a little cold, but it wasn't a problem once they got in!

Advantages - The room is spacious and the decoration style is simple and bright. The sea view room has a good view and you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. - The bathroom is big enough. - There is a water dispenser in the corridor to provide free drinking water. - The sea water is clear and the beach sand is fine. - There is a duty-free shop next to it, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. - The hotel breakfast is $29, with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, rice, noodles, bread, eggs, etc., mainly in Japanese and Korean style, and the bacon and grilled sausage are delicious. Disadvantages - The room is not soundproofed, and the voices of the children next door are very clear. The sound of the beach downstairs can also be heard in the guest room on the 13th floor. - When checking in, I found that there were a few stains on the bar counter in the guest room, which seemed to be instant noodle soup stains. - The air inlet of the hair dryer was rusty. - There were a few dark marks on the washbasin, which seemed to be not cleaned thoroughly. - The hip washing function of the smart toilet does not work. - There is a problem with the control wiring of the electric blackout curtain, and the curtain goes down when the up button is pressed. - For some reason, the hotel front desk asked to show the reservation form when checking in. The hotel should have my reservation information and should be able to check that the relevant fees have been paid. I have not encountered similar situations in other hotels, such as the Hoshinoya Resorts that I left on the same day. This gave me a bad feeling.

Fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is perfect if you sometimes want to walk somewhere. Concierge Irene was patient and helpful and the room was beautiful and comfortable.

As we were traveling with a one-year-old, we liked the good location and the access to the beach and pool. The room was clean, but the bath and sink were a bit of a concern as they were old. Amenities were not replenished every day. On the first day, there was a bloodstain on the bath towel when I used it, which was unpleasant, so I gave the amenities a ⭐︎2. I asked for a replacement at that time, but it took quite a while for them to come after I called. The room and facilities were not very satisfactory for the price, but all the hotels in Guam itself seem old, so I guess it can't be helped.

It's very accessible and perfect for traveling with children. The TV in the room was broken, but they fixed it right away. There is also a concierge who speaks Japanese, so you can ask for help even if you are not good at English. There is also a children's pool, and the facilities are sufficient for children under 3 years old. There was also a slide in the adult pool, but my child was too scared to slide down it.
