"We travel quite frequently to Guam and we always stay at Hotel Tano. It is a newly renovated hotel in the heart of Tumon and it is clean and safe. The staff are all very nice, friendly and helpful. We have seen improvement since our first visit when we needed to ask for more towels etc. However, we feel that this is by far the best hotel in this price range. They have a nice little shop that is open 24 hours a day. The prices are quite reasonable for a hotel shop. There is also a microwave and a washer and dryer. Parking can be a bit of a struggle in the evenings because of the restaurants that are also in the building as well as neighboring drinking holes and eateries. There is no breakfast place on the premises as well. However, we highly recommend this hotel, if it suits your needs. This is the only place we are going to stay in Guam."

"This hotel was at a nice location near the beach and the most favorite thing was breakfast, souvenir shops included inside the hotel!! It was surprisingly reasonable price for this such an amazing hotel, I highly recommend!!"

"The hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel."

"The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well."

"Times are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks."

"All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!"

"The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!"

"The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better."
