An old hot spring hotel located at the innermost of Tangfeng Hot Spring Street. You need to climb a small slope. Those with suitcases need to pay attention. You should be able to ask the hotel to pick you up. The hotel room is spacious and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good, the service staff is lovely, the dinner is also a standard Japanese set meal, the large bathroom has open-air and indoor, the water temperature is hot enough, you can recover your physical strength very well, and there is a car to take you to the bus station of Tangfeng Street in the morning.

The hot springs were great, I slept very comfortably, I stayed there and had two meals, and the food was great. When I left, they took me to the boarding area and caught the bus that I had to take on the trip. I was really touched.

There were not many people when I checked in. There were outdoor hot springs, separated for men and women. The service staff are very enthusiastic, and there is a young man who can speak Mandarin and is very good. The hotel facilities are slightly older. Luggage can be sent. They can also drive you to the bus stop for free in the morning. But there is nothing around the hotel. It is on a hillside. Get off at Xiatang Peak. There are not many buses.

Before arriving at the hotel, I found that the transportation in the Kumano Hongu area was very inconvenient. I sent an email to the hotel, and they were able to reply within half a day. They also gave transportation suggestions and told us that they could drive to Ukegawa Station to pick us up, which saved us at least 45 minutes. distance. When we arrived at the hotel, the English introduction was very comprehensive, and they could send a car to take us to the bus station the next day, because the nearest bus station was not suitable for our travel time. The hotel provides a detailed bus timetable and a map for hiking from Prince Faxinmen to the palace. The meals and hot springs are typical Japanese style, and I am very satisfied. If the child's stuffed toys are left at the hotel after leaving, the hotel will contact us and they will send them to the next hotel. Really good service, highly recommended. The hot spring has two private baths, the public bathroom is also large, and there is also an outdoor bath.

We arrived soaked and cold after 8 hours hiking. The staff promptly whisked our shoes away to put them in special dryers and then did the same for our daypacks. We were able to do laundry which we were very grateful for. Dinner was a real culinary feast served in our room with several dishes that wowed us even after 3 weeks in Japan. Room was spacious with a great view and they happily volunteered to drop us to the bus stop in Yuomine Onsen the following morning.perfect Japanese hospitality.

This inn is located on a hill a little away from the hot spring town with the famous tub bath in Kumano's Yunomine Onsen, which is famous as the oldest in Japan. I arrived by car, and as soon as I arrived at the parking lot, an employee came to greet me, carried my luggage in, and the check-in was smooth and I was impressed. I will write various details below, but the hospitality of the employees is very high! In addition to the reception staff, I asked various questions such as food delivery and guidance around the area, and they answered accurately, so I had a very good stay. I only stayed in Kumano for one night, but it is an inn that I would like to stay at again next time! By the way, there were quite a lot of foreigners, and this time it was Golden Week, so about half were Japanese, but usually 80-90% are foreigners. <Room> It is an 8-tatami Japanese-style room with all the necessities such as a toilet, washbasin, pot (with tea and snacks), and refrigerator, and the room has a sense of openness with a view of the garden from the window. Amenities include yukata, towels, toothbrushes, etc. <Bath> There are two large baths, which are switched between men and women (at 22:00), and two family baths that can be reserved for private use. All of the baths are directly sourced from the source and have a nice sulfur smell. The large baths are an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and the water temperature is a little high, which helps relieve fatigue. You can enjoy the open mountain view from the open-air bath, which is great in the evening. <Meals (dinner)> This is a course where you can leisurely enjoy seafood and mountain produce in your room, and dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, horse sashimi, and grilled amago trout skewers are brought out one after another, as well as hot dishes such as soup (bouillabaisse), hot tofu, and wild boar shabu-shabu. It may be a cliché to say, but the food was full of flavor and the seasoning was perfect for my taste, so it was very good. There is a wide variety of alcohol available, and this time I had beer and sake (Yatagarasu), and the sake was really easy to drink and delicious. The waiter also gave me a lot of information about the food and the surrounding area, which I really liked. <Meals (Breakfast)> Breakfast is served in the dining area on the first floor in the same room as the other guests. In addition to salads and filleted horse mackerel, there was hot spring water*/yudofu and hot spring rice porridge, all of which were good for the body, making it the perfect start to the day.

I stayed alone, but the staff were very kind to me. The hot spring is amazing, and the food is also very good. The exterior may be old, and the wi-fi may be inadequate, but if you want to enjoy a stay in nature, it was the best inn. I want to stay again. Staffs is kindness, despite stay alone. Hot spring is amazing, I had never known such a best spring. Dinner and breakfast are also elaborate and very delicious. Wi-fi may be inadequate, but enough to enjoy nature. It is the number one inn I want to visit again.
