The hotel is very bad, there is no backup water if the water breaks, too much music noise, you can't sleep peacefully. The water was cut off on the night of August 14, 2024 at 7:00pm till a left hotel on August 15, 2024 around 7:00am ( shame on you guys ) there was no water. I left without showering. they also put used soap in the new box, so you use the soap that another customer use Do not try to use this hotel

Location is good and Tanga Town view is excellent from the 3rd to 4th and 5fth floors. How ever the plumbing not in good shape. Leaking pipes and the Chinese fittings have to be replaced. TV programs are mostly local, no International News Network.

The noisy is too much, I couldn't sleep at all. I could hear everything from outside cars passing, train hong, motorcycle and people and music downstairs. I wouldn't recommend for someone who need a good quality sleep and rest

Don't go there! They will steal you! The hotel management is in touch with gangs of thieves, who will enter your window and rob you! We have reported the situation to the police, but the chief of police is also in touch with the situation and will not help you. Beware of that.

The hotel staffs are very rude including the manager also. They have overcharged us for the stay and also the staffs are very rude and indiscplined. They reply clients very rudely and so does the manager of the hotel, very poor service indeed. I dont recommend any client or traveller for this hotel!
