I can't say enough positive things about this guesthouse. It is the definition of an urban oasis. Beautiful buildings, grounds, and furnishings. The staff (especially Karim) went above and beyond for us. We came as a family of four (2 adults, a 2.5 year old, and a 4 month old) and stayed in the Garden Suite. The breakfast was also excellent. Mimi Calpe was our favourite part of our whole stay in Tangiers (second being food at Salon Bleu - highly recommend). My son and I spent every morning relaxing by the pool and were always the only ones there.

Mimi Calpe ist eine echte Oase! Das Haus ist fantastisch eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details, die Geschichte dieses Hauses ist gut spürbar. Die Tajin war ein echter Genuss. Der Manager und sein Team sind sehr sympathisch. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Mimi Calpe è un'oasi di pace nella confusione della città. La casa è meravigliosa, arredata con gusto ed immersa in un giardino tropicale molto rilassante. La colazione è abbondante e preparata con cura ed ingredienti di alta qualità. I gestori, in particolare Youssef, sono molto disponibili e ci hanno aiutato in un momento di difficoltà che abbiamo avuto con l'auto. Unica cosa da migliorare è l'odore di muffa della stanza "Casita" e magari avere un po' più di spazio per appoggiare le proprie cose. Grazie, siamo stati benissimo! Angela, Italia

Best small boutique hotel I’ve stayed in..in years! Euro-Marco style, every room appointed differently..pool, that can be enjoyed. Dining ..both bkfast and a dinner is available. Kitties on property make it special, along with the exceptional staff. Location is easy to access and walk everywhere!

Nice old villa. Nice People working there, good servise Short walk to everything happening in Tangier Litt busy street making noise, but the villa is tranquille The People in Tangier are friendly, some though too pushy to sell, spesialy carpet sellers

It's hard to explain what we felt while visiting Mimi Calpe. It reminded me of week-ends at the old mansion of my grand parents in the south west of France. As if the time had stopped. An inimitable flair. Don't expect anonymity, a minibar, bad elevator music or fluffy corridors because you'll be thrown into something that could be the coulisse of an Agatha Christie. You'll greet your neighbours, probably sit at the same table for breakfast and enjoy a conversation with total strangers. Breakfast felt like those days after a wedding, where you sit next to the cousin of the bride and have something in common to talk about the next day. And the hotel is wonderfully located, right next to the port. We'll definitely come back to have more of Mimi Calpe.

Belle maison avec jardin et petits recoins à explorer, les chambres sont décorées avec goût. La maison est idéalement située, à deux pas de la vieille ville et de la plage de Tanger, à proximité également du terminal des ferrys (direction Tarifa). Mention spéciale pour l'option dîner (et à la mousse au chocolat au sel marin et huile d'olive !!). Le personnel est très disponible. Recommandé !

Mimi Calpe is most enchanting and beautiful private house which I was lucky enough to hear about and is perfectly situated in Tangier to explore the city. Everything is walking distance. The manger Youssef couldn't have been more amenable and helpful. The food was exquisite the hamman and massage divine and the bedrooms have the most comfortable high quality bedlinen Ive ever had in a hotel. its a gem of a place.
