Very friendly staff, coffee and Yhee in the rooms, unfortunately without coffee milk, but the sweet lady at reception went all the way to the kitchen and made every effort to arrange coffee milk powder, which was really nice.

It's good however we booked through Trip.com and they don't accept bookings from them anymore, we had to call customer service for them to settle it

Honestly I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are not as clean as should be. The hotel conditions are bad. Bad smell.
The only good thing is the staff were friendly

I was attending an event at this hotel, I had a terrible experience—the entire staff was completely unaware of their responsibilities! When I arrived at the buffet two hours before it closed, there was no food and the serving had not been replenished. Additionally, there were not enough chairs for everyone, so more than twenty people had to watch the two-hour entertainment while standing, and the barman was a robber who never gave back the change!

I booked via the Ramada site for a price that was about €5 below the price of the other providers. Which turned out to be the case after paying with my credit card. They added approximately €35 in additional costs. When I went to ask for an explanation, I was told to read the small print. There was no information on their site about additional costs, only if you proceed to payment. Is it in miniature at the bottom, which I haven't seen. The room wasn't too bad. But the breakfast buffet was poor, what little choice you had was still full of flies. Then I only took 1 boiled egg. People stay away from there, there are much better hotels nearby and much cheaper! The only friendly one of the employees was the parking attendant
