Service: It took more than an hour to check in at the front desk. I couldn't find the order. The manager came over and didn't ask about the situation. He got angry with me and asked me to leave. He said that I didn't respect them and wouldn't let me stay even if I paid. This was the first time I encountered this. Such unreasonable service staff. I just asked, I have been waiting for an hour, how long will it take for you to handle it.

J'ai passé un week-end exceptionnel à cet hôtel ! Le check-in a été rapide et sans tracas, ce qui m'a permis de commencer mon séjour en toute tranquillité. La chambre offrait une vue magnifique sur la piscine, un véritable régal pour les yeux chaque matin. La terrasse avec le chiringuito était l'endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la belle ambiance. De plus, j'ai adoré utiliser le air bike du gym, une expérience très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Petit clin d'oeil particulier pour l'amabilité de Moussa et son assistant Amine.

Nos encantaron las modernas instalaciones del Hotel Occidental Tánger. El check-in fue rápido y eficiente. La piscina es muy acogedora, con un chiringuito que añade un toque especial a la experiencia. El servicio del restaurante Casaharris fue impecable. Definitivamente, volvería sin dudarlo.
