Big room with lots of space to relax. AC worked really well, could use extra pillows. Beds are rather hard and the hallway noise is a lot. Reception very helpful and attentive to any needs.

Disadvantages: The hotel guidelines are not clear enough. In a big shopping mall, I don't know where the check-in desk is. In addition, it is an apartment hotel, which is not cleaned every day and the bath towels are not enough to change. It's a pleasant stay. We love the location as it's easy to travel around Georgetown, Penang Hill n even to Batu Ferringhi with the local bus! The New Lane Street Food is just less than 5 mins walk down the road n the famous fried fish n Bee Hoon in the morning. I especially love the 24 hours gymn. The staff in charge was quick to repair the weight lifting equipment n top up the supply of the mineral water. The only minus point is that the lighting can be a little bit brighter. As a whole, we are happy staying here n shall return in the near future.
