The service at San Domenico is impeccable! The rooms are spotless and the beds are wonderful. We slept like babies every night! The views are spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! San Domenico Palace is located close to the Corso Umberto and other attractions. We can't say enough about this hotel in gorgeous Taormina! We have stayed in many Four Seasons Hotels throughout the U.S. and this one is our absolute favorite!

THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS WARM, HOSPITABLE, LOVING, WELCOMING HOTEL.each person, from housekeeping, guest services, Front desk, The restaurant at breakfast, guest experience team here are their names, i walked in as a beloved member of their family, i cried when i left, each one of these people touched me and my husband and remain with us. Roberta, the front manager, Romona, the welcome and gifts are unforgettable, Denise in Cerami was beyond kind, sweet and capable, she could run a country!!!!! Alberto, GiGi the cutest, Olga Gabrielle, Claudia Usalba, Guilia I can not remember the porters names, but wow, are they perfection. The hotel is gorgeous, historical well preserved and stunning. The setting over the sea side is enchanting. Taromina is beyond special with the famous Greek Theatre, The impeccable restaurants completely delicious, memorable. Maybe you should go!!! Do I have to say more than that. Once you get past the fact that this is physically one of the nicest properties in the world, you can be comforted to know that the level of service the staff provides equals or outshines that level of satisfaction. We celebrated my wife's birthday while there and from the moment we arrived at breakfast until that evening, everyone was wishing her happy birthday. On that note, most every staff member we interacted with on any regular basis went out of their way to remember our names making the whole experience that much more personal and special. The daily breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever experienced made only more incredible by the attentiveness of hostess Denise, host Alberto and server Adriana (to say nothing of the location and view of the Ionian Sea from the patio deck. The desk/concierge staff could not have been more pleasurable to work with. Our room with it's private deck and unobstructed sea view was magical and serene. The pool and pool staff could not have been more luxurious what with the little service buttons provided to call for an attendant whenever you needed anything. This property-- it's truly like a dream. We hope to someday return!

Impossible to get in if you don’t book a room . The arrogance is incredible. Since the white Lotus they think they can overcharge. And refuse anybody that doesn’t look good enough. Hotel Timeo and Villa Sankt Andrea are so much better in price quantity ratio.

From the moment we entered this stunning hotel, we fell in love with its incredible beauty and elegance. The top notch staff were beyond any others we have encountered. Their warmth, kindness and attentiveness were unsurpassed. Special thanks to the loveliest young woman, Dunia, who worked at reception and Olga of the concierge desk. We must also thank Sophia, the world’s greatest bartender…each cocktail was a true work of art! We have never been to a hotel that was better maintained. Even the gym was serviced by full-time staff that would immediately clean the equipment as you finished. They were constantly wiping the floors and replenishing water and snacks. The hotel is gorgeous and spotless. We had two blips during our stay (a poorly orchestrated tour of a town in Sicily and bad service at the resort’s hotel our last night). Neither lessened our enthusiasm for recommending this Four Seasons, in part because of the staff’s heartfelt apologies for those two problems.
